    But no, this isn’t just for in-person. I’ve designed for both live rooms and Zoom rooms, and I’ll help you tailor activities, flow, and timing to fit whichever format you use most.

  • When I say workshop, I don’t mean the place with sawdust, power tools, and half-finished birdhouses. Sorry, had to fill my dad-joke quota… but hey, at least I hid it in a dropdown. 😉

    What I do mean is any kind of structured group experience where people are actually doing something - not just sitting and listening. It’s learning + action in the same room (or Zoom).

    Here are a few things that count as workshops:

    • Workinars*

    • Multi-day retreats

    • Group coaching programs (basically a series of workshops)

    • One-off live sessions

    * Yes, Workinar. It’s like a webinar, except people actually do something. WAY better.

    And yes, I’ll go on record: workshops beat webinars every time. Because people don’t just hear new ideas - they put them into practice right away. (stepping off my soapbox now 😅)

  • I’m not the “hand you a worksheet and wish you luck” type. You bring the expertise, I do the heavy lifting, shaping it into a clear, engaging plan. Think partner, not just planner.

  • Faster than you think. My approach is to get you a solid version you can deliver right away. Something clear, engaging, and ready to use. You’ll see results with that first run, and every time you deliver it, you’ll learn and refine. That way your workshop doesn’t just sit on the shelf, it actually works and keeps getting better.

  • You mean, like “but I’m a special flower” unique? 😉 Totally fine, great in fact! That often makes it easier because you’re clearer on what you actually need to do. The approach I use is flexible. It doesn’t matter if you’re teaching leadership, communication skills, or something super niche I’ve never seen before. If people need to learn it, we can workshop it.

  • That depends how much you want to pay me 🙃. Seriously though, I offer different levels of service. Sometimes all you need is the structure and plan, and sometimes it helps if I also design the slides, Miro boards, or participant worksheets. Either way, they’ll be simple, professional, and built to support facilitation (not put people to sleep).

  • Totally normal. I only work with people who have the net worth of Jeff Bezos (kidding! But hey, if you know people like that, hook a guy up 😂).

    Even if you aren’t “Big Pimpin’” like Jay-Z* let’s talk anyway. I’ll give you an honest recommendation on what I think would help most with the resources you have. Even a short call can give you clarity and next steps, whether we work together now or later.
