You're not short on material - you've got years of it. Ideas, frameworks, stories, more than you could fit in ten programs. And because you care, leaving any of it out feels like shortchanging people, so it all tends to stay in. But that's the trap. The gap was never coming up with more; it's deciding what actually belongs in this one.
That's the part I love, and it's how I think about the work - I'm an editor for your program. A good editor doesn't give you more to say. They help you find the one thing worth saying, cut what's getting in its way, and arrange what's left so it flows. Same expertise, same you, shaped into something people can follow all the way through and come out the other side changed.
The magic isn't in what you add. It's in what you leave out.
HOW I WORK
Most people just keep moving. I'd rather stop and ask the harder questions first - why this, why now, does this even earn its place - so we're on the right wall before we climb fast. Then I push you to go: launch it, test it, iterate from there. I take on fewer clients so I can go that deep with each one.
Momentum is overrated. Direction isn't.
Purpose first
Before we build anything, we get clear on who it's for and what actually has to change for them. A program built from your knowledge delivers content; one built from the person it's for transforms them. So that's where we start.
Build it as you deliver
You stay the expert on your material; I turn it into something people actually do - because a program that's mostly you talking doesn't need to be live. And we don't build it all up front and hope; we build each piece just before it runs, shaped by what real participants show us.
You run it / it's yours
You're the one who delivers, not me. It's your program, with your name on it - built to run again and again, sharper every time, with no dependency on me.
How hands-on I get is up to you.
Every engagement starts with the Foundation Intensive - a paid, focused stretch of foundational work where we nail the purpose and produce the plan everything else is built from. From there, you choose how involved I stay.
